Use of this website

Bookings, cancellations & no-shows

  • Book online via our booking system (Timely), by phone, or by email.
  • Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee (up to 100% of the booked service value).
  • Arriving late may reduce treatment time or require rebooking; fees may still apply.
  • Patch tests: Colour services require a successful patch test at least 48 hours before the appointment. Without a valid patch test we may refuse service for your safety.

Pricing & payment (Cashless)

  • Prices shown (online or in-salon) include VAT where applicable and are subject to change.
  • We are a cashless business. We do not accept cash.
  • Accepted payments: all major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  • Gift cards/vouchers (if offered): [Add rules here, e.g., expiry period, non-refundable, lost/stolen policy, part-redemption].

Health, allergies & suitability

Please tell us about any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy before booking. For colour/chemical services, a patch test is required as above. We may decline treatments that we consider unsafe or unsuitable.

Age & consent

No colour services for under-16s. Clients under 18 must have parent/guardian consent for applicable services and may be refused certain treatments.

Salon conduct & safety

We aim to provide a welcoming, safe space. Abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behaviour may lead to refusal of service and removal from the premises.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos, and other materials) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or use content without our prior written permission.

External links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for (i) losses not caused by our breach; (ii) business losses (including loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill); or (iii) events beyond our reasonable control.
