This Cookie Policy explains how Henko Studio uses cookies and similar technologies on henkostudio.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Privacy Notice.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function properly, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. Similar technologies (such as local storage or pixels) are also referred to as cookies in this policy.

2. How we use cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

Strictly Necessary cookies

These are essential for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They include cookies required for security, bookings and payments.

Performance and analytics cookies

These help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve performance and content. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.

Anonymous site improvement and Google-organic journey counts

We use self-hosted, aggregate page-load, click, tap and scroll-depth statistics to improve this website under the UK statistical-purpose exception unless you object in the Privacy Centre. We also temporarily remember only that a visit came from unpaid Google search so a successful Timely booking can be counted in aggregate. We do not store a search term, full referrer, visitor ID, customer details, service description, form values or a session replay. The source state lasts up to two hours; heatmap records are retained for 365 days; aggregate arrival and confirmed-booking counts for 365 days; and transaction deduplication hashes for up to 90 days. Google Analytics and detailed lead events run while Analytics is on by default. You can turn Analytics off at any time in the Privacy Centre.

Advertising and marketing cookies
These cookies are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising and show relevant ads. We use Google Ads. These cookies are on by default under the current site settings and can be turned off in the Privacy Centre.

These cookies may track visits across websites to measure advertising performance and limit how often you see the same advert.
